Synopsis:

A serial killer who disguises his victims’ demise by creating car accidents to mask their earlier deaths is the subject of a BAU manhunt.

In the jet, JJ puts headphones around her pregnant belly. When asked about it by Prentiss she answers that it is so that the baby can’t hear the discussion of the case. Emily asks what it is listening to; JJ says it is Beethoven. Reid says that he prefers Mozart and notes that she should limit the baby’s exposure to music to one hour a day.
At the end of the episode, Hotch reflects to Rossi about the fact that he interviewed the unsub and did not realize who he was. Rossi assures him that everyone makes mistakes once in a while.

The Turning Point in the Investigation in Criminal Minds Full Episodes:

After having checked for similar cases, Garcia pinpoints a convicted offender whose last victim in fact didn’t fit his pattern, but did fit the unsub’s. After examining the suspects files for that case, it’s discovered that one of the suspects’ last known address is a motel where Hotch previously interviewed the manager. However, JJ, after checking the employee records, states that the manager was fired six months before and that the only current employee is the owner, the unsub. Hotch then realizes that the man he interviewed was actually the one they were looking for.

Whodunit?

Floyd Hansen, owner of the Crest Cottages motel. He’s a misogynist and abducts couples, denoting that he’s been perfecting his skills. His remote motel gives him the privacy he needs to commit the crimes. The accidents he produced as cover-ups indicate a sexual aspect he had been building up to when it’s pointed that the females weren’t wearing underwear, making the accidents the final rape of his victims in the collision of metal and flesh.
