Synopsis:
When a six-year-old child, Katie, is abducted at a local mall, the BAU locks down the area and profiles the people at the scene in order to retrieve the child before it is too late.

Best Moments Between Characters in Criminal Minds Full Episodes:

  • When Hotch and Prentiss interrogate Katie’s aunt and uncle.

  • When Katie’s father watches his brother being taken to prison for molesting Katie.

  • The end, after the case is solved, when Hotch goes to visit his estranged wife and son.
Best Lines in Criminal Minds Full Episodes:

  • Garcia (to Morgan while using the Mall Security’s equipment): “Sugar, I’m not London, here. I can only work with what they have, and believe me when I tell you the 1980’s just called and they want their security system back.”

  • Morgan (while watching a video of Katie): “Oh, you are breaking my heart, baby girl. Where are you going?”
Garcia: “And who are you with?”

  • Prentiss (to Katie’s aunt, while holding up her disfigured doll): “This is how Katie sees herself. Self-loathing. Dirty. Disgusting. That is what your husband made her feel. . . Do you have any idea how terrified she must have been? How confused? While you lay awake, protecting an animal, who will always have those urges, and always has . . . you have robbed Katie of her childhood–are you gonna to steal the rest of her life from her as well?”
The Turning Point in the Investigation in Criminal Minds Full Episodes:
A necklace is found by scent dogs, and it is revealed that Katie “found it on the playground.” This, combined with when Morgan and Reid discover that Katie was wetting the bed and destroying her dolls, allows the team to discover that Katie was being molested. Hotch knows that it is not her father, and the team realizes that her uncle is the molester.
Whodunit?
After hearing about a girl who was kidnapped from a mall, Susan Jacobs hatched a plan to do the same to her niece, Katie, because her husband was molesting her. Susan claimed that she was going to buy him a gift, but called Katie to her, bound and gagged her, and stuffed her in a storage closet. She claims that she was trying to protect her family, when in reality, she was protecting her husband from anyone finding out about the horrible things he had done to their 6-year-old niece.
