| Peter Redding. His father, Professor Charles Redding had been molesting Peter’s brother James. As they shared a room, they always heard the father coming up the stairs and enter the room, but rather than doing anything, Peter pretended to be asleep. To ease his brother’s suffering, he killed his brother and made it look like suicide. When the fire took the lives of the children the previous year, it triggered the feelings inside Peter so he felt the need to aid the parents who he felt suffered from the loss of their children. | ||
