The turning point in the investigation in Criminal Minds Full Episodes:
Prentiss realized Jane’s whistle was actually a rib bone and asked her about it. When they went to her house, they found all types of wind chimes that were made out of the bones taken from Frank’s victims. This lead them to the backyard where they found Frank’s sterile trailer where he performed his “surgeries” and killed his victims.

Whodunit?
Frank. He had been killing for years and the only victim who got away was “Crazy” Jane. Everyone thought she was nuts but she had been telling the truth. Frank wanted Jane and in return, he would give back the town’s children after he had hijacked the bus. Gideon drove Frank and Jane to the desert and had to allow them to get away in order to save all of the children.
