Synopsis:

Elle, along with four others, are held hostage on a train in Texas by a paranoid schizophrenic who is convinced that the U.S. government is monitoring him. Hotch, Gideon and Reid are forced to play into the man’s delusion to save the people he has taken hostage.

Dr. Theodore Byar who is plagued by a voice in his head of a man he calls Leo. After watching Elle read a file marked “FBI” then converse with a train security guard, “Leo” convinces him that Elle and all the others on the train with him are government agents and they are tracking his every move.
